PAWtesbery PETS has been my dream for about 3 years.

I attended Merrist Wood Agricultural College studying ND in Animal Management, in which I qualified with a triple distinction. I have also completed a course in Kennel Management, passed a Pet Shop management exam and passes in level 1 and 2 in Dog Grooming.

After I left College, I worked at Notcutts Garden Centre for 2 1/2 year’s part and full time. It was working there that I learnt more about Animal Care and customer service. A lot of customers would ask if I knew of any one who would look after their pets while they went on holiday; it was then that I decided to board pets from my home. I now have a small number of regular customers that return year after year. I also discovered that there was a need for a Dog Walker in the area and decided I would incorporate this into the service. I decided to make a career change for extra pocket money I worked in a Grooming parlor in Fleet where I learnt more about customer service and the industry. Once my dog walking had successfully got off the ground I decided to go alone and with the help from family, friends and other people in the industry, I gathered all the information that I needed and started PAWtesbery PETs.
